Church Giving

As a church, we are funded entirely through your generous giving and continuous support. Below are four secure and private ways in which you can give, and support us in a way that suits you.

To give through GIVT:

1. Download the GIVT app from the app store and signup.

2. Choose the amount you want to donate.

3. Select “QR Code” and scan this code:

3. Bank Transfer / Standing Order 

Give through a Bank transfer using our account details:

To make regular fixed payments you can setup a standing order through online banking or complete the form below and take it to your local branch.

4. Sunday Offerings

At each of our Sunday gatherings, we take up an offering. You are welcome to give here by placing your gift into the basket on the way out.

Gift Aid

Currently, when a financial gift is given to a registered charity, the government allows the charity to claim back the tax that has already been paid on that gift.

In effect, this means that if you give £10 using Gift Aid, it’s worth £12.50 to Christian Life Church.

This doesn’t happen automatically, you have to opt-in to the Gift Aid scheme.

To be able to claim Gift Aid, you must pay at least the equal amount of tax, to the amount of tax relief the church claims back on your behalf in the current financial year.

To join the scheme, please complete and return a Gift Aid form that can be downloaded from the link below. 

Once this has been received, you will then be given a number and we will be able to claim Gift Aid on all gifts given under that number.

However, it is important that you always put your offerings in an envelope clearly marked with your unique number. If you give by standing order, please make sure the number is part of the description that appears on our statement.
